The Ysleta ISD School Counseling program supports all students through a comprehensive, data-driven, and accountable system that is systematic, developmental, and aligned with district goals. 

Each Ysleta ISD campus is staffed with a full-time, master’s degree school counselor dedicated to meeting students’ academic, social-emotional, and career development needs. In partnership with teachers, staff, families, and the community, Ysleta ISD School Counselors deliver a program grounded in the Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programs. 

This model ensures that students develop competencies in intrapersonal and interpersonal effectiveness, post-secondary planning and career readiness, and personal health and safety—equipping them for success in school and beyond.
