Purpose
The Dolphin Terrace Elementary School Counseling Program aligns with the school and district vision by ensuring equitable access to academic, social/emotional, and career development opportunities for all students. Guided by the ASCA National Model, the program removes barriers to learning, promotes positive mental health, and supports academic achievement. Through collaboration with families, staff, and the community, the counseling program fosters a safe environment where students develop the knowledge, skills, and resilience needed for success in school, career, and life—reflecting the district’s mission to prepare all students to reach their full potential and contribute meaningfully to society.
