Registration Event:

Required at Time of Registration:

• Valid Texas picture identification (or U.S. government-issued ID) 

• Social Security card

• Birth certificate

• Utility (water, electric, or gas) bill in student's name or guardian's name

• Signed and dated drop forms from current high school* 

• State test scores

• High school transcript

• Accompanied by parent or legal guardian if under 19 years of age*

• Court order* for 16-year-olds

• Foster care verification (if applicable)

• Schedule interview with director
